We have been to Spain several times meeting different agents who took us around properties they thought would suit. In January, Teresa was introduced to us and she sat down and listened to what we were interested in and our budget, which most other agent had usually disregarded our budget and showed us what we really couldn't afford.
Teresa understood us and our requirements and gave us honest, valuable advice. She found us the perfect apartment and negotiated a good price, we didn't have to do anything!
Teresa has guided us through the process of buying, taking us to trusted people, so we basically had to just pay! She kept in touch throughout, sometimes just checking in to make sure we were OK and as well as finding us our home in the sun, it feels like we made a friend too. We would recommend Teresa without a doubt.

We tried two or three other agents (prior to be introduced to Teresa) and it didn't work. They were too busy trying to sell what they had available and not what was right for us.
Teresa is different. She listens, understands our thoughts, got to know us and what our aims and aspirations were and most importantly she genuinely understood our budget and what she could achieve for us.
We found that Teresa who speaks excellent Spanish, a top negotiator and really has superb knowledge of the market, understands the systems and knows so many contacts (including a top solicitor, financial adviser and banker) and looked after us throughout the process.
There can be difficulties and fear when trying to buy your dream home in the sun but with Teresa's help and support all our worries were removed.
Her communication, patience and understanding of our requirements was second to none and we would highly recommend Teresa if you are looking to either sell or buy a property in Spain. She will not let you down.

We were fortunate enough to meet Teresa in Sept 2013, when we started looking for Villas. We did not hesitate to contact her when we were ready to purchase in May, as her knowledge of the area and professionalism is second to none. Nothing was to much trouble, everything was sorted before we got there, the rent of an apartment, NIE number appointment, Solicitor appointment and The money transfer appointment, we were told to make sure we had a good agent and solicitor and I can honestly say we did , thanks to Teresa, our dream home in Spain is now ours.
